When couples visit Louis Gervais's new space on Harbourside Drive in North Vancouver, they can expect a modern French bistro with contemporary art and stainless steal lighting and accents. Marble bistro tables are dotted throughout and a massive garage door opens silently to reveal the studio catering kitchen and a brigade of chefs, busily preparing for upcoming events. Brides and grooms are treated to a tasting custom designed for their wedding by Five-Diamond Chef Louis Gervais.

The team at Louis Gervais predicts that upcoming weddings will reflect the resurgence of the “familia style” dinner as well as mini meals, food stations and bite sized dessert buffets.  Their goal is to avoid the cookie cutter wedding and create an event that utterly fulfills each couples vision for their wedding day.
