What do you like most about your job: We are passionate about providing an affordable luxury for women. We adore helping women achieve luscious locks (and confidence!) in about 30 minutes.

Daily ritual: Getting a blo out! We love to show off our blo-tastic manes.

The most rewarding part of my job is: Seeing Hair Cadets leave our bars with to-die-for blo outs.

What has been your favourite moment of 2010? A Hair Cadet was getting a blo out. After, the Bloer told her how gorgeous she looked and she started to cry ‘cause no one had told her that in a very long time… it touched our hearts.

Any predictions in hair trends for 2011? The Holly Would is still going strong (who doesn’t heart beach waves!) and will continue this year…watch out ladies, this one’s sticking around.

Where do you go for some retail therapy: Muse Fashion Social House in Morgan Crossing (South Surrey). The trendiest clothes at very reasonable prices. Love, love, love that place!

Memorable celebrity encounter: Kylie Minogue at the airport! Her tresses were perfect and she looked gorgeous.

Favourite hangout: Blo Morgan Crossing – it feels like home. We could hang out (and shop!) there forever.

Favourite childhood memory: Flipping through fashion mags and lusting after the latest coifs.

If there was more time in the day you would: Get our hair blo-wn out twice! We are digging all of Blo's Signature Hair Menu styles and find it difficult to pick just one!

Favourite social network: Twitter, of course.
