Tie the Knot is a unique program offered by Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation that allows couples to make their special day even more meaningful. Couples and their guests can support a future without breast cancer while celebrating their commitment to each other.
Tie the Knot provides many opportunities for customization. Couples can choose to support the Foundation in several simple ways. These include: Wedding Favours (in lieu of wedding favours to thank guests for sharing your special day, make a donation to the Foundation), Kiss For The Cause (start a new tradition by asking guests to make a donation to the Foundation to initiate your first kisses!) and Wedding/Shower Gifts (ask guests to give a gift that makes a difference by making a donation to the Foundation). Couples are also encouraged to get creative and come up with new ideas on how to incorporate the program into their wedding.
The success of CBCF is due to the support of their donors, sponsors and volunteers. The ongoing commitment to and passion for the breast cancer cause is what inspires us to keep moving toward the bright future we know is possible – a future without breast cancer.
