Laura Selman, Outside Catering Sales Manager, spoke very highly about her bride and groom as everything this couple decided to do was uniquely customized. From the 10 course tasting menu to the tailoring the molds they desired for their chocolates and truffles, this couple craved the most lavish event and the Opus catering team delivered! Opus created a speciality cocktail tasting for the couple as well to truly take the customization of the menu to the next level!
