Blush-ing

We cannot stop gushing about the fashion shows for Crème de la Crème bridal showcase this year! It has been the most exhilarating experience to prepare the most lavish fashion show for our brides! One of our featured premiere bridal gown boutiques is Blush Bridal, and we caught up with Monti at Blush to chat about some of the beautiful designs being presented at this year's show for the Bride's most important piece: The Dress!

"The favourites for Fall 2009 were very soft feminine gowns. Romance came back in for Fall after the more form fitting chic styles of Spring 2009. Our best sellers were sweetheart bodices, typically ruched or layered with fit to flare flowing skirts in overlaid fabrics. Ball gowns also made a revival, especially with our Amsale dresses, possibly due to the movies 27 Dresses and Bride Wars which featured ballgowns. Lucky for us we carry both the designers: Vera Wang from Bride Wars and Amsale for 27 Dresses."

Our brides come in knowing that they want a quality designer gown and are open minded and keen to learn and try. The Newest Collection: Pattis

The Vera Spring 2010 collection is amazing, due to arrival at our salon this Fall just in time for the show. Vera Wang completely changed her design, curbing creativity for wearability and debuting a soft and luminous line of sweet but sexy gowns in gentle fabrics. I cannot wait for this collection, it is her best in 4 seasons! Romona Keveza legends, our newest line, is a beautiful construction of lines that makes everyone look beautiful without being overdone or overpriced. Using primarily silk dupinoi, Romona understands the elegance in simplicity. These are just a few of the amazing designs that will be featured exclusively at Crème de la Crème on November 15th at the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver this year! And we just can't wait!
