One of the many exciting new additions to our wedding showcase this year will be an exotic culinary journey at YEW, one of sexiest restaurants in Vancouver, with Four Seasons Executive Chef Oliver Beckert, on the newest and hottest cuisine trends for this wedding season. Get ready to nibble on some delectable hors d'oeuvre's as Chef Beckert will sprinkle his magic dust-herbs, spices, you name it ;) - and forge delicious goodies exclusively for our Crème attendees! Chef Oliver Beckert hails from none other than: Europe (Germany to be exact!). Chef Beckert has made his mark around the globe including working with the five-star Bellevue Palace in Switzerland to Washington D.C, London, The Big Apple, Miami and most recently, the Four Seasons Resort Lana'i in Hawaii. Looking for ways to add a little spice to your special day? From exotic to classic, Chef Beckert has tons of secrets tucked up his sleeve and we look forward to this sure-to-be headline maker! We are honored to have someone of Chef Beckert's expertise and knowledge as a part of Crème de la Crème!

Additionally, YEW bar's very own Mixologist will show us how to jazz up the party by creating the perfect "signature drink" for your special day. Whether you are craving a Cosmopolitan (Sex and the City Style!), with an extra twist to it, or an Apple Martini, the Mixologist will present, first-hand, how it is made to perfection- enjoy the freshly made bevvi's!

The who-is-who of the wedding industry will be on hand to offer advice and take your questions on a panel lead by the Crème de la Crème organizers. Join experts as they present an exciting live demonstration on the topics such as "The Dress", "The Invitation", "The Flowers", and "Top Trends" . You'll be amazed what you learn from the best of the best in the wedding industry!  And the countdown to Crème de la Crème continues....
